During the training you will learn how to start your own business, how to check whether  it is profitable and where to get the capital. In addition, the trainer will show you how business plans are evaluated when applying for EU support or a business angel support.

 

The training will be introduced by Grzegorz Kierner - mentor and coach since 2004, specializing in start-ups and commercialization of knowledge. Casual Head of Innovation and Economic Co-operation of Lodz University of Technology. He is an advisor to the SME sector in the National Services and he has worked in a number of EU projects supporting new businesses (including innovation). Member of the board of the competition "Young in Lodz - I have an idea for a business". Coach and mentor in the School of Interdisciplinary Innovation.

Training Program:

 

1. The power of first impression;

2. Effects of first impression (primacy effect, freshness);

3. The art of speaking;

4. Interpersonal communication:

- "Secrets" of creating your own image,

- Non-verbal communication errors,

- The importance of body language;

5. Interview with no secrets (common questions).

Participants of training will work on the elaboration of a strategy for success. Training will give you tools for setting goals and methods of goals implementation. It will also cover the problem of self motivation in the process of achieving personal and professional goals.
