Scientific Association of Biotechnology Students FERMENT actively working at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences at the Lodz University of Technology since 1996, gathering together young people who want to share their research interests, passions and develop new skills as a team. FERMENT activity is based on regular meetings, annual trips to student seminars and conducting business of biotech research. The association has the honor and pleasure to organize interesting conferences related to the current interests of its members, which are open to all students . We are pleased to host many professors, scientists and specialists in their fields, so that the conference becomes a place for interesting discussions and exchange of experience. Through our work, the members are able to conduct scientific researches under the guidance of faculty researchers, in various fields of biotechnology. The members of the association participating in scientific studies have the possibility to publish research results in journals or present them personally, in a form of posters at conferences (ASSB). Students research circle FERMENT is also involved in the promotion of the Faculty and the University at many festivals.
